After defining quantum quadratic operators in general, the authors give definitions and properties of quantum quadratic operators on \(\mathbb{M}_{2}\left(\mathbb{C}\right)\). Then they define and investigate certain algebraic properties of the flow of quantum genetic Lotka-Volterra (or FQGLV-A, according to their abbreviation). After which they describe the idempotents of FQGLV-A and they investigate the algebra generated by these idempotents. They conclude this paper by describing the derivations of FQGLV-A.
