In 2004, \textit{R. P. Langlands} [in: Contributions to automorphic forms, geometry, and number theory. Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA, 2002. Baltimore, MD: Johns Hopkins University Press. 611--697 (2004; Zbl 1078.11033)] provided a formula for certain product of orbital integrals in \(\mathrm{GL}(2,\mathbb Q)\). Its generalization has become an important question for the strategy of Beyond Endoscopy. \textit{J. Arthur} [Adv. Math. 327, 425--469 (2018; Zbl 1473.11109)] predicted that this formula should coincide with a product of polynomials associated to zeta functions of orders constructed in 2013 by \textit{Z. Yun} [Ramanujan Math. Soc. Lect. Notes Ser. 20, 399--420 (2013; Zbl 1315.22011)]. In this paper, for a certain family of orders, the author gives explicit formulas for these zeta functions by a recursive method. These polynomials were already computed in 1990, and more generally in 2020, by \textit{M. Kaneko} and \textit{Y. Mizuno} [J. Lond. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 102, No. 1, 69--98 (2020; Zbl 1460.11139)] by factoring into Euler products a global formula deduced by \textit{D. Zagier} [Lect. Notes Math. 627, 105--169 (1977; Zbl 0372.10017)]. In particular, the used strategy relies entirely on global methods. In this paper, the author computes these polynomials by a recursive method that is entirely local and that does not require any global formula beforehand. The author also uses these zeta functions in a different paper to prove that above Arthur's prediction is correct.
