There is a associated multigraph to an oriented \(S^1\)-manifold with isolated fixed points. The vertex set of the multigraph is the fixed point set, and there is an edge between two fixed points \(p\) and \(q\) if \(p\) and \(q\) have weights \(w\). Under the assumption to satisfy certain properties in Lemma 3.5, there exist five signed labeled multigraphs describing a 6-dim. oriented \(S^1\)-manifold \(M\) with 4 fixed points. For each possible multigraph, the author determines its fixed point data (including the weights and signs at the isolated fixed points) of \(M\). The main result of this paper is the classification of the fixed point data of \(M\). More concretly, the fixed point data agrees with that of disjoint union of rotations on two 6-spheres, or that of a linear action on \(\mathbb{C}P^3\), i.e. the fixed point data of \(M\) is (1) \(\{+,a,b,c\},\{-,a,b,c\},\{+,d,e,f\},\{-,d,e,f\}\), for some positive integers \(a, b, c, d, e\) and \(f\). (2) \(\{+,a,a+b,a+b+c\}\), \(\{-,a,b,b+c\}\), \(\{+,b,c,a+b\},\) \(\{-,c,b+c,a+b+c\}\), for some positive integers \(a, b\) and \(c\).
