The authors continue their study of local and microlocal properties of (weighted) Fourier Lebesgue type spaces started in \textit{S. Pilipovič}, \textit{N. Teofanov} and \textit{J. Toft} [J. Fourier Anal. Appl., to appear]. Among other things, they establish microlocal properties for the wave-front sets of products of distributions and they use these results to analyze microlocal regularity of solutions to semi-linear equations of the form \(P(x, D)f=G(x, J_kf)\), where \(G(x, y)\) is a polynomial (or analytic function if \(q=1\)) in the \(y\)-variable, \(J_k\) is the \(k\)-jet of \(f\) (that is \(J_kf=\{(\partial^\alpha f)\}_{|\alpha|\leq k})\) and \(P(x, D)\) is a partial differential operator whose symbol \(P(x, \xi)\) is of the form \(P(x, \xi)=\sum_{|\alpha|\leq n}b_\alpha(x) \xi^\alpha\) with \(b_\alpha \in C^{\infty}(X)\), \(|\alpha|\leq n\), \(X\subseteq \mathbb{R}^d\) an open set. For solutions to such equations, which locally belong to appropriate Fourier Lebesgue spaces, the authors prove that the wave-front sets with respect to appropriate Fourier Lebesgue spaces are contained in the set Char(\(P\)) of characteristic points for the operator \(P\). In particular, if \(P\) is elliptic, then Chap(\(P\)) is empty, which implies that the wave-front sets mentioned above are empty. This in turn implies that such solutions must locally belong to certain Fourier Lebesgue spaces.
