    In this paper, the authors mainly proved the following theorems. \textbf{Theorem A.} Let \(x: M^n\to R^{n+1}\) \((n\ge 2)\) be a flat elliptic centroaffine hypersurface. If the function defined by \[ \theta (p)=\max h(K(u,u),u),\quad p\in M^n,\quad u\in U_pM^n \] satisfies \(\theta\equiv 2\), then \(x(M^n)\) is locally centroaffine equivalent to the hypersurface \[ x_{n+1} = \frac{1}{2x_1}\sum_{i=2}^nx^2_i+x_1\ln x_1. \] \textbf{Theorem B.} Let \(x: M^3\to R^4\) be a flat elliptic centroaffine Tchebychev hypersurface. Then, \(x(M^3)\) is locally centroaffine equivalent to one of the following hypersurfaces: (i) \(x^{\alpha_1}_1 x^{\alpha_2}_2 x^{\alpha_3}_3 x^{\alpha_4}_4=1\); (ii) \(x^{\alpha_1}_1x^{\alpha_2}_2(x^2_3+x^2_4)^{\alpha_3}\exp(\alpha_4\arctan\frac{x_3}{x_4})=1\); (iii) \(x_4 = x_1(\ln x_1-\alpha_2\ln x_2-\alpha_3\ln x_3)\); (iv) \(x_4 = \frac{1}{2x_1}x_2^2+x_1(\ln x_1-\alpha_3\ln x_3)\); (v) \(x_4 = \frac{1}{2x_1}(x_2^2+x_3^2)+x_1\ln x_1\).
