In this paper, the author presents the notion of a right \(S\)-prime ideal in noncommutative rings and provides some properties and equivalent definitions. Here, the author defines a right \(S\)-idempotent ideal and an \(S\)-totally ordered set and shows that every ideal of \(R\) is a right \(S\)-idempotent ideal, and the set of ideals in \(R\) is \(S\)-totally ordered if and only if every ideal in \(R\) is a right \(S\)-prime ideal. He also generalizes the concepts of an \(S\)-finite ideal and an \(S\)-Noetherian ring. Furthermore, the author provides \(S\)-versions of Cohen's and Cohen-Kaplansky's theorems in a special case and demonstrates that the ring \(T_{2}(R)\) of upper triangular matrices over an \(S\)-Noetherian ring \(R\) is right \(ST_{2}(R)\)-Noetherian. More precisely, this study presents multiple equivalent definitions for an ideal to be classified as a right \(S\)-prime ideal. Furthermore, the author discusses the properties of right \(S\)-prime ideals and draws parallels between them and prime ideals by examining these definitions. Additionally, his investigation encompasses the study of images and inverse images of right \(S\)-prime ideals under ring homomorphisms. Moreover, this paper extends the concept of \(S\)-finite (\(S\)-principal) ideals, as previously studied, and clarifies that his definition is a proper generalization of the concept of \(S\)-finite ideals in noncommutative rings. The author also demonstrates how the pseudo-radical of a finitely generated right \(S\)-prime ideal is \(S\)-finite. Ultimately, he introduce the definition of a right \(S\)-Noetherian ring (right \(S\)-PIR) and present the \(S\)-version of Cohen's theorem. He also provided the Cohen-Kaplansky theorem in a special case. Additionally, the author established that the upper triangular matrices ring \(T_{2}(R)\) over an \(S\)-Noetherian ring \(R\) is right \(ST_{2}(R)\)-Noetherian.
