The author considers the initial-boundary value problem of Keller-Segel-Navier-Stokes system \[ \left\{ \begin{aligned} &n^k_t+\mathbf{u}^k\cdot\nabla n^k=\Delta n^k-\nabla\cdot(n^k(1+n^k)^{-\alpha}\nabla c^k),&&\quad x\in\Omega,t>0, \\ &c^k_t+\mathbf{u}^k\cdot\nabla c^k=\Delta c^k-c^k+n^k,&&\quad x\in\Omega,t>0, \\ &\mathbf{u}^k_t+k(\mathbf{u}^k\cdot\nabla)\mathbf{u}^k=\Delta \mathbf{u}^k-\nabla P^k+n^k\nabla\phi, &&\quad x\in\Omega,t>0, \\ &\nabla\cdot\mathbf{u}^k=0,&&\quad x\in\Omega,t>0 \end{aligned} \right. \] with no-flux boundary conditions for \(n^k\) and \(c^k\) and a no-slip boundary condition for \(\mathbf{u}^k\), and with sufficiently regular initial data in a bounded domain \(\Omega\subset R^3\) with smooth boundary. The result reveals that the solution (\(n^k, c^k, \mathbf{u}^k\)) converges towards the solution of the corresponding Stokes variant \((k = 0)\) with an exponential time decay rate as \(k\to 0_+\) provided that \(||n_0||_{L^{3/2}(\Omega)}, ||\nabla c_0||_{L^3(\Omega)}\) and \(||\mathbf{u}_0||_{L^3(\Omega)}\) are suitable small. Then the author extends the obtained result on the Stokes limit in the two-dimensional case to the more complicated three-dimensional case.
