The authors consider a 3D multi-phase model with two sets of conservation laws for the components. The components' velocities are not assumed to be equal. The aim is the well-posedness in the case when density and the volume fraction might vanish. The initial condition is vanishing at infinity and obey reglarity conditions: the components belong to certain functional spaces. The authors prove the existence of a strong local (in time) solution that obeys some regularity condition.
