In this paper, some results are given relative to the Heisenberg group \(\mathcal{H}\) equipped with the Korányi metric \(d\). Section 1, with an introductory character, is devoted to the formulation of the main result in the paper: \textbf{Theorem 1.} Let \(\mathcal{H}\) be the Heisenberg group, equipped with the Korányi metric \(d\). Then, \(\dim_E(\mathcal{H})=4\) (where \(\dim_E(\mathcal{H})\) means the \textit{equilateral dimension} of \(\mathcal{H}\)). In Section 2, some preliminary facts are discussed for a later use: a) the definition of the metric structure \((\mathcal{H},d)\), where \(\mathcal{H}\) is the Heisenberg group, endowed with the Korányi metric \(d\) b) a distance formula for points on the unit Korányi sphere c) the calculus of equilateral dimension of \(C\)-circles. In Section 3, a proof of the main result is carried out. The following synthetic statement is the essential step towards this. \textbf{Theorem 2.} The following are valid: A) The maximum number of equidistant points in \(\mathcal{H}\) such that two of them lie in an infinite \(C\)-circle is \(4\) B) The maximum number of equidistant points in \(\mathcal{H}\) such that at most two of them lie in the same finite \(C\)-circle is \(4\). Finally, in Section 4, some problems involving the parametric representation and symmetries of \(C_3^{\mathrm{fin}}\) are treated. Further aspects occasioned by these developments are also being discussed.
