    In the paper under review, the author establishes \(L^p\)-weighted estimates for the Fourier extension operator for the unit paraboloid in \(\mathbb{R}^3\). More precisely, the author provides the following two \(L^p\)-estimates for this Fourier extension operator: \[ \forall\varepsilon>0,\ \ \exists C_\varepsilon\geq0\ ;\ \ \int_{B(0,R)}|Ef(x)|^p\,H(x)dx\leq C_\varepsilon\,R^\varepsilon\, A_\alpha(H)\|f\|^\gamma_{L^2(\sigma)}\,\|f\|^{p-\gamma}_{L^\infty(\sigma)}, \] for all \(f\in L^\infty(\sigma)\) and \(R\geq1\), \[ \forall\varepsilon>0,\ \ \exists C_\varepsilon\geq0\ ;\ \ \|Ef\|_{L^p(B(0,R)\,,Hdx)}\leq C_\varepsilon\,R^\varepsilon\, A_\alpha(H)^{1/p}\,\|f\|_{L^q(\sigma)}, \] for all \(f\in L^q(\sigma)\) and \(R\geq1\), where \(2<\alpha\leq3,\ \ H:\mathbb{R}^3\longrightarrow[0,1]\) is a Lebesgue mesurable function verifying \[ A_\alpha(H)=\inf\left\{C\ \ ; \ \ \int_{B(x_0,R)}H(x)dx\leq CR^\alpha\ \ \text{ for all }\ \ x_0\in\mathbb{R}^3\text{ and } \ R\geq1 \right\}<+\infty\,, \] \(\sigma\) is a measure on the unit paraboloid \[ \mathcal{P}=\left\{(\omega,|\omega|^2)\ \ ;\ \ |\omega|\leq1\right\}\subset\mathbb{R}^3, \] defined as the pushforward of the Lebesgue measure under the map \(\omega\longmapsto(\omega,|\omega|^2)\)\ \ from the unit ball in \(\mathbb{R}^2\) to \(\mathcal{P}\), \(E\) is the Fourier extension operator defined on \(L^1(\sigma)\) by \[ Ef(x)=\int_\mathcal{P}e^{-2i\pi x.\xi}f(\xi)d\sigma(\xi)=\int_{|\omega|\leq1}e^{-2i\pi x.(\omega,|\omega|^2)}f(\omega,|\omega|^2)d\omega\,,\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^3. \] The proofs of these results are built on the Guth's polynomial partitioning method.
