    Let \(T\) be the Calderón-Zygmund operator and \(b\) be a locally integrable function. It is known that the commutator \([b,T]\) is defined by \[ [b, T]f(x)=b(x)Tf(x)-T(bf)(x). \] In general, the commutator \(T_b\) with a multilinear symbol \(b= (b_1, b_2,\dots, b_m)\) can be inductively defined as below: \[ T_{b}f=[b_1, T_{\bar{b}_1} f], \] where \(\bar{b}_1= ( b_2,\dots, b_m)\). In this paper, for \(b= (b_1, b_2,\dots, b_m)\) such that each \(b_i \in \mathrm{Osc}_{\exp L^{r_i}}\), with \(r_i \ge 1\), the authors show that if \(u \in A_1\) and \(v \in A_\infty(u)\), then for all \(t>0\), \[ uv\left(\left\{x\in \mathbb R^n:\ \frac{T_b(fv)(x)}{v(x)}>t\right\}\right) \le C \int_{\mathbb R^n} \Phi\left(\|b\| \frac{|f(x)|}{t}\right)u(x)v(x)\,dx, \] where \(\Phi(t) = t(1 + \log^+ t)^r\), with \(1/r = \sum_{i=1}^m = 1/r_i\) and \[ \|b\|=\prod_{i=1}^m \|b_i\|_{\mathrm{Osc}_{\exp L^{r_i}}}. \] Such mixed inequalities for commutators of Calderón-Zygmund operators with multilinear symbols are further discussed when \(T\) is of Hörmander type, but with more restrictions imposed on the weights \(u\), \(v\). Moreover, the authors also consider the \(L^p(w)\)-boundedness of \(T_b\).
