The author considers the periodic multivalued perturbed problem \[ -u^{\prime}_g(t) \in N_{C(t)} (u(t))+F(t,u(t)),\quad \mu_g\text{-a.e. } t \in [0,T], \] \[ u(t) \in C(t), \] \[ u(0)=u(T), \] in \(\mathbb{R}^d\), where \(N\) is the normal cone, \(u^{\prime}_g\) represents the Stieltjes derivative and \(\mu^{\prime}_g\) is the Stieltjes measure with respect to \(g\). Existence of right-continuous bounded variation solutions are proven, where the moving set \(C\) is assumed to be \(T\)-periodic with compact and convex values with finite retraction, \(F\) is assumed to be Carathéodory and convex- and closed-valued, and \(g\) is right-continuous and nondecreasing. The proof uses the idea of \textit{C. Castaing} and \textit{M. D. P. Monteiro Marques} [Set-Valued Anal. 3, No. 4, 381--399 (1995; Zbl 0845.35142)] and applies the Kakutani-Ky Fan fixed point theorem. This result generalizes the one in [\textit{M. Kamenskii} et al., SIAM J. Math. Anal. 52, No. 6, 5598--5626 (2020; Zbl 1516.34093)] and is related to several others.
