The graded classification conjecture states that the pointed \(K_0^{\operatorname{gr}}\)-group is a complete invariant of the Leavitt path algebras of finite graphs when these algebras are considered with their natural grading by the group of integers. The strong version of this conjecture states that the functor \(K_0^{\operatorname{gr}}\) is full and faithful when considered on the category of Leavitt path algebras of finite graphs and their graded homomorphisms modulo conjugations by invertible elements of the zero components. The author shows that any pointed, preordered module map between the Bowen-Franks modules of two finite graphs can be lifted to a unital, graded, diagonal preserving \(*\)-homomorphism between the corresponding Leavitt path algebras over any commutative unital ring with involution. In the case when the coefficient ring is a field, this result implies the fullness part of the strong version of the Graded Classification Conjecture. The results in [\textit{L. Vaš}, ``The functor \(K^{\operatorname{gr}}_0\) is full and only weakly faithful'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:2206.06458}], obtained simultaneously but independently and using different methods, partially overlap with the above described results. Both works contain more details on the exact level of the overlap and the differences in the scope of the results and in the methods used to show them.
