In this paper, boundary-value problems for equations of parabolic-hyperbolic type with generalized functions of finite order in their right-hand sides are studied. The system studied in this paper can be regarded as a ``toy models'' of the interaction of a solid body and a liquid. When the nonhomogeneous term is an integrable function, the well-posedness of such systems follows from classical theory of evolution equations. In this paper, the authors consider that case that the nonhomogeneous term is a generalized functions of finite order. A priori inequalities in negative Sobolev norms are obtained. Then they prove the existence and uniqueness of the generalized solutions to the equation and establish the trajectory and final controllability of systems with singular influences.
