The paper under review is highly inspired by the seminal Mikhalkin's paper [\textit{G. Mikhalkin}, Acta Math. 219, No. 1, 135--180 (2017; Zbl 1468.14092)]. For a real rational curve in a toric surface such that the coordinates of all intersection points of the curve with toric divisors are real or purely imaginary, Mikhalkin defined a quantum index valued in \(\frac{1}{2}{\mathbb Z}\). Moreover, Mikhalkin proved that, given a configuration of appropriately many real points on toric divisors, the sum of the Welschinger signs of all real rational curves passing either through the given configuration, or through any configuration obtained from the given one by replacing some points with the opposite ones, and possessing the same quantum index does not depend on the variation of the given configuration. Furthermore, the generating function for these Mikhalkin invariants associated with all possible quantum indices coincides (up to a non-essential multiplier) with the corresponding refined tropical Block-Göttsche invariant. In the paper under review, the author extends Mikhalkin's results to the case of constraints consisting of real point and any number of pairs of purely imaginary points, assuming that all these pairs belong to the same toric divisor.
