In the paper under review, the authors introduced two parametric Arakawa-Kaneko zeta function \(\xi_\sigma\) and Kaneko-Tsumura \(\eta\)-function \(\eta_\sigma\) which are defined as follows: For \(\mathcal{R}(s)>0\) and \(\sigma \in (0,1)\) and positive integers \(k_1, k_2, \ldots, k_r\), \[ \xi_\sigma(s; k_1,k_2,\ldots, k_r)=\frac{1}{\Gamma(s)}\int_0^{-\log(1-\sigma)}\frac{t^{s-1}}{e^t-1}\mathrm{Li}_{k_1, k_2,\ldots, k_r}(1-e^{-t}) dt \] and \[ \eta_\sigma(s; k_1,k_2,\ldots, k_r)=\frac{1}{\Gamma(s)}\int_0^{-\log(1-\sigma)}\frac{t^{s-1}}{1-e^t}\mathrm{Li}_{k_1, k_2,\ldots, k_r}(1-e^{t}) dt. \] It is obvious that if letting \(\sigma \to 1\) in the above definitions yield the classical Arakawa-Kaneko zeta function and Kaneko-Tsumura \(\eta\)-function, respectively. The main purpose of this paper is to study some explicit relations of parametric Arakawa-Kaneko zeta values, parametric Kaneko-Tsumura \(\eta\)-values and multiple polylogarithm function (MPL), and some duality relations of parametric Arakawa-Kaneko zeta value. Finally, the authors prove a sum formula and a duality theorem of parametric Kaneko-Tsumura \(\eta\)-function.
