In this paper, the authors investigate Gabor frames that are rationally sampled for \(L^2 (\mathbb R_+, d \mu)\), where \(\mathbb R_+ = (0, \infty)\) and the Haar measure \(d \mu\) is defined by \(d \mu= \frac{dx}{x}\). They present a new Zak transform matrix relevant to \(L^2 (\mathbb R_+, d \mu)\), differing from the traditional Zibulski-Zeevi matrix. Using the introduced Zak transform matrix method, the authors characterize and represent complete Gabor systems, Bessel sequences, Gabor frames, Riesz bases, and Gabor duals, of an arbitrarily provided Gabor frame for \(L^2 (\mathbb R_+, d \mu)\). Moreover, they demonstrate the minimal nature of the canonical dual frames. The paper concludes with several examples exhibiting the broad applicability of the findings.
