      The paper explores the characterization of linear bijective maps on the space of all matrices of size \(n\) over an algebraically closed field \(\mathbb{F}\). Let \(K_1\) and \(K_2\) be two subsets of \(\mathbb{F}\), each with at most \(n\) elements, and let \(\varphi \colon M_n \to M_n \) be a linear bijective map. In [the author, Linear Algebra Appl. 682, 285--294 (2024; Zbl 07785321)], the description of the maps \(\varphi\) that satisfy either \[ \sigma (T) \subset K_1 \iff \sigma (\varphi(T)) \subset K_2 \qquad (T \in M_n), \] or \[ \sigma (T) = K_1 \iff \sigma (\varphi(T)) = K_2 \qquad (T \in M_n), \] was presented. In this paper, the conditions \[ K_1 \subset \sigma (T) \iff K_2 \subset \sigma (\varphi(T)) \qquad (T \in M_n), \] and the more general \[ K_1 \subset \sigma (T) \implies K_2 \subset \sigma (\varphi (T)) \qquad (T \in M_n) \] are considered and a full description of such maps is shown.
