    Let \(X\) be a metric space. For \(x \in X\), suppose that \(F(x)\neq \emptyset\). Then \(F(x)\) is said to be \(r\)-pointed for some \(r \geq 0\) if \(x \in \overline{F}(x)\), or there exists \(\delta > 0\), \(z \in X\) such that \(B(x, r + \delta)\cap B(F(x),r + \delta) \subset B(z, r + \delta)\). The main result of the paper is the following. Let \((X,d) \) be a metric space, \(F : X \to 2^X\). Let \(Y\) be a nonempty bounded subset of \(X\), \(G : Y \to 2^Y\) be a solution for \(F_{1\gamma}\) and \(x \in c(G)\). If \(F(x)\) is closed, \(r(G)\)-pointed and satisfies \(G(y) \subset \overline{B}(F(x), d(x,y))\) for all \(y \in Y\), then \(x \in F(x)\).
