Let \(A\) be a Poisson algebra. The zeroth Poisson homology, \(HP_0(A)\) equals \(A/\{ A, A\}\). Its dual is the space of Poisson traces. In the paper for a simple Lie algebra \(\mathfrak g\) over \(\mathbb C\) and for a nilpotent element \(e\in \mathfrak g\) the finite \(\mathcal W\)-algebra \(\mathcal {W}_e\) and its reduction \(\mathcal {W}_e^{\eta}\) modulo a central character \(\eta \) are constructed. The substitution \(U(\mathfrak {g})\) for \(\text{Sym}\,\mathfrak{g}\) in the construction of \(\mathcal {W}_e\) and \(\mathcal {W}_e^{\eta}\) yields the quantum \(\mathcal W\)-algebras \(\mathcal {W}_e^q\) and \(\mathcal {W}_e^{q, \eta}\). In the paper it is proved that \(HP_0(\mathcal {W}_e^{\eta})\) and zeroth Hochschild homology \(HH_0(\mathcal {W}_e^{q, \eta})\) are isomorphic to the top cohomology of the Springer fiber over \(e\). It gives the upper bound for the number of distinct irreducible finite-dimensional representations of \(\mathcal {W}_e^{q, \eta}\) (established earlier by C. Dodd). Moreover, in the paper the isomorphisms between Poisson-de Rham homology \(HP_i^{DR}(\mathcal {W}_e^{\eta})\), Hochschild homology \(HH_i(\mathcal {W}_e^{q, \eta})\) and corresponding cohomology of the Springer fiber are established.
