This short paper presents the problem of influence of delayed-time and colored-noise in a bistable system. The stochastic resonance (SR), as a phenomenon in which an appropriate amount of noise is of constructive use in the sense that a weak signal becomes amplified upon harvesting the ambient noise in a nonlinear system, was investigated experimentally in many systems. Its broad sense means the non-monotonic behavior of the output signal as a function of some characteristics of the noise or of a periodic force and can be also observed in (stochastic) systems with time-delayed feedback. Despite the fact that this problem has been studied in the literature, the authors notice the fact that not much research has been focused on the influence of the delayed-time and the colored-noise on the system output signal in a bistable system -- this was a main motivation for their work. The paper consists of three sections. The first one is a short introduction that presents the motivation for the work. The second one presents a mathematical outline needed for considerations presented in the paper. The third section presents the analysis of the SR phenomenon with connection to the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) factor. This allows to conclude that the SNR depends non-monotonically on the delay time and the correlation of colored noise and also that the SNR exhibits the SR behavior when it is plotted as a function of the intensity and asymmetry of the dichotomous noise and as a function of the strength of the colored noise.
