In this paper, it is shown that, if \(r r' >0\), then \(r\)- and \(r'\)-surgeries on any non-trivial knot in an \(L\)-space homology sphere cannot yield orientation-preservingly homeomorphic manifolds. This is obtained from formulae for the Casson-Gordon invariant and the Casson-Walker invariant, both obtained by \textit{S. Boyer} and \textit{D. Lines} in [J. Reine Angew. Math. 405, 181--220 (1990; Zbl 0691.57004)] together with a rank formula for Heegaard Floer homology. The last formula is an extension of the formula obtained by \textit{P. S. Ozsváth} and \textit{Z. Szabó} in [Algebr. Geom. Topol. 11, No.~1, 1--68 (2011; Zbl 1226.57044)] for knots in the 3-sphere to one for knots in an \(L\)-space integral homology 3-sphere.
