The author generalizes the construction of Seidel's long exact sequence of Lagrangian Floer cohomology to that of compact Lagrangian submanifolds with vanishing Maslov class on general Calabi-Yau manifolds. This paper also contains a long exact sequence for the nonanchored version of Floer cohomology.
