The authors study the Bohnenblust and Hille inequality \[ \Big(\sum^{N}_{i_ 1,\dots,i_ m=1}\mid U(e_{i_ 1},\dots, e_{i_ m})\mid^{\frac{2m}{m+1}}\Big)^{\frac{m+1}{2m}} \leq C_ m \mid\mid U\mid\mid \] to calculate better constants \(C_ m\) both in the real and complex cases as previously derived by \textit{A. Defant, D. Popa} and \textit{U. Schwarting} [J. Funct. Anal. 259, No. 1, 220--242 (2010; Zbl 1205.46026)]. The values of the constants which are derivable from the results of A. Defant, D. Popa and U. Schwarting [loc. cit.] but which are not explicitly calculated are now pointed out and calculated. The results are compared with known results of this type in the literature and was found to be better improvements.
