Summary: Let \(L^2_a(\Omega)\) denote a Hilbert space consisting of analytic functions on an unbounded domain \(\Omega\) located outside an angle domain with vertex at the origin. We obtain a completeness theorem for the system \(M_{\Lambda} = \{z^{\lambda_n}\log^jz, j = 0, 1, \dots, m_n - 1\}^{\infty}_{n=1}\), in \(L^2_a(\Omega)\).
