The Selberg class \(\mathcal{S}\) is the set of Dirichlet series which converges absolutely for \(\Re (s)>1\) such that it can be extended meromorphically to \(\mathbb{C}\) with at most a pole at \(s=1\), has a functional equation, satisfies a Ramanujan conjecture and possesses an Euler product. As a wider class of \(S\), the extended Selberg class \(\mathcal{S}^{\#}\) consisting of Dirichlet series satisfying the first two cited conditions. This paper under review deals with \(\mathcal{S}_{\mathbb{R}}^{\#\flat}\subset \mathcal{S}^{\#}\) consisting of Dirichlet series \(F\in \mathcal{S}^{\#} \) with real coefficients and possesses an Euler sum. More precisely, the authors consider the two types of well-known Voros-Li coefficients for \(F\in \mathcal{S}_{\mathbb{R}}^{\#\flat}\). Then, they establish the Li criterion which claims that the Voros-Li coefficients are positive if and only if the generalized Riemann hypothesis (GRH) is true for \(F\).
