The Bercovici-Pata bijection [\textit{H. Bercovici} and \textit{V. Pata}, Ann. Math. (2) 149, No. 3, 1023--1060 (1999; Zbl 0945.46046)] provides a correspondence between probability measures on \(\mathbb R\) which are infinitely divisible with respect to classical, free and Boolean convolutions. In this article, the authors extend the Boolean-to-free Bercovici-Pata bijection to the context of operator-valued distributions. Furthermore, they extend this correspondence to the case of conditionally free convolution and prove that the scalar Boolean-to-conditionally free Bercovici-Pata bijection is a homomorphism with respect to conditionally free multiplicative convolution, which generalizes earlier work of \textit{S. T. Belinschi} and \textit{A. Nica} [Indiana Univ. Math. J. 57, No. 4, 1679--1713 (2008; Zbl 1165.46033)]. An important byproduct of their approach is a Hinçin type theorem for operator-valued free and conditionally free convolutions, in the free case this has recently been strengthened by \textit{J. D. Williams} [``An analogue of Hinčin's characterization of infinite divisibility for operator-valued free probability'', preprint (2011)] using different methods. The key tools used in the paper are \textit{D. Voiculescu}'s fully matricial function theory [Int. Math. Res. Not. 2004, No. 16, 793--822 (2004; Zbl 1084.46053)] and operator-valued analytic subordination results [Int. Math. Res. Not. 2000, No. 2, 79--106 (2000; Zbl 0952.46038)].
