The purpose of this paper is to find \(q\)-difference equations for some new \(q\)-Appell polynomials. It is easier to work if you use \(q\)-Appell polynomials. Several authors use \(q\)-Appell polynomials without knowing their origin. Why not start with proofs of the corresponding differential equations?
