      The authors consider orbifolds as Deligne-Mumford stacks throughout the paper. They discuss vector fields and forms and give their descriptions in non-étale atlases on DM stacks. A definition of symplectic DM stacks is also given. Then a reduction theorem, which is an extension of Marsden-Weinstein-Meyer reduction for symplectic Hamiltonian actions to DM stacks, is obtained. They relate group actions on quotient stacks to group extentions, and then describe its symplectic analogue. Finally they deal with symplectic toric DM stacks where they construct new examples of symplectic toric DM stacks.
