The First Fundamental theorem is one of the foundations of invariant theory. Considering the quantized coordinate ring \(\mathscr{P}:= \mathscr{P}_{m\times n}\) of the space of \(m\times n\) matrices, equipped with national actions of the quantized enveloping algebras \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl}_m)\) and \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl}_n)\), let \(\mathscr{L}\) an \(\mathscr{R}\) be the images of \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl}_m)\) and \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl}_n)\) in \(\text{End}(\mathscr{P})\), respectively. G. Letzter, S. Sahi, and H. Salmasian define a \(q\)-analogue of the algebra of polynomial coefficient differential operators inside \(\text{End}(\mathscr{P})\). They denote this by \(\mathscr{PD}\), which is constructed using deformed twisted tensor products. The authors also prove that \(\mathscr{L}\cap \mathscr{PD}\) an \(\mathscr{R}\cap \mathscr{PD}\) are mutual centralizers inside \(\mathscr{PD}\), establishing the First Fundamental theorem of invariant theory for \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl_n})\). They also compute explicit formulas in terms of \(q\)-determinants for generators of the algebras \(\mathscr{L}_{\mathfrak{h}} \cap \mathscr{PD}\) an \(\mathscr{R}_{\mathfrak{h}} \cap \mathscr{PD}\), where \(\mathscr{L}_{\mathfrak{h}}\) and \(\mathscr{R}_{\mathfrak{h}}\) are the images of the Cartan subalgebras of \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl}_m)\) and \(U_q(\mathfrak{gl}_n)\) in \(\text{End}(\mathscr{P})\), respectively.
