      The result concerns the Jacobian Conjecture. Let \((F ,G) \in \mathbb{C}[x ,y]^{2}\) be a Jacobian pair i.e. \({\operatorname*{Jac}}(F ,G) ={\operatorname*{const.}} \neq 0.\) If \((F ,G) :\mathbb{C}^{2} \rightarrow \mathbb{C}^{2}\) is not an automorphism then after composition with a polynomial automorphism the mapping \((F ,G)\) satisfies the condition: Let \(V \subset \mathbb{C}^{2} \times \mathbb{C}^{2}\) be the set of points \((p_{1} ,p_{2}) ,\) \(p_{1} \neq p_{2} ,\) for which \((F ,G)(p_{1}) =(F ,G)(p_{2}) .\) Then on \(V :\)\\N\N1. if \(\Vert (p_{1} ,p_{2})\Vert \rightarrow \infty \) then \(\pi _{2}(p_{1} ,p_{2}) =o(\Vert (p_{1} ,p_{2})\Vert )\),\N\N2. the projection \(\pi _{1} :V \rightarrow \mathbb{C}^{2}\) is proper, finite and surjective.\N\N(\(\pi _{i}(p_{1} ,p_{2}) : =(\pi _{i}(p_{1}) ,\pi _{i}(p_{2})) ,\) \(i =1 ,2 ,\quad\) where \(\pi _{i}\) on the right hand side is the standard projection on \(i\)-th axis in \(\mathbb{C}^{2}\)).
