The authors consider generalizations of Lorentzian warped products with one-dimensional base to the case where the fiber is merely a metric length space, i.e., a Lorentzian length space of the form \(I \times_{f} X\), where \(I\) is an interval, \(f\) is a continuous positive function and \(X\) is an Alexandrov metric space. The authors investigate the causality properties of these spaces and obtain synthetic sectional curvature bounds depending on the metric curvature bounds of the fiber \(X\).
