Let \(T^6\) be any 6-dimensional torus, and let a cyclic group \(G\) act freely on the Riemannian product \(S^1\times T^6\) such that \((x, \overline{x})\mapsto (x+a, A\overline{x}+\overline{a})\), where \(A\in \mathrm{SL}(6, \mathbb{Z})\) descends to \(T^6\). As a 7-dimensional, oriented flat manifold with cyclic holonomy group, the quotient \((S^1\times T^6)/G\) has the eta invariant which is an integer. The proof of the result uses the classification of 7-dimensional Bieberbach groups with a cyclic holonomy group which is done by R. Lutowski, and a formula computing the eta invariants for some special class of manifolds due to \textit{H. Donnelly} [Indiana Univ. Math. J. 27, 889--918 (1978; Zbl 0402.58006)].
