The article focuses on the interplay between graph theory and commutative algebra. Specifically, given a graph, its edge ideal, a square-free monomial ideal, has been extensively studied in terms of its algebraic invariants, such as minimal free resolutions and Betti numbers, across various families of graphs. On the other hand, there are graphs naturally associated with rings, such as zero-divisor graphs. The authors examine the zero-divisor graph of the ring \(\mathbb{Z}_n\), analyze its associated edge ideal, and study its Betti numbers. In particular, they establish sharp bounds for specific Betti numbers in the linear strand of the minimal free resolution and provide a characterization of the graphs achieving these bounds.
