The paper contains the survey and refining of the recent results concerned the long time behavior and in particular the finite time extinction property of solutions to stochastic diffusion equations that arise in a description of a large variety of physical phenomena including fluid flows in porous media and have a form \(dX(t)=-\Delta\Psi(X(t))dt\ni X(t)dW(t)\) with such functions \(\Psi\) that the equation can be classified as a fast diffusion equation. These equations can be also viewed as control systems governed by fast diffusion porous media equations with a stochastic feedback controller \(X dW\). Stochastic self-organized criticality equations are considered as well.
