A skew plane partition with inner boundary being given by a partition \(\lambda\) is any array of positive integers \(\pi=\{\pi_{ij}\}\) defined for pairs \((i,j)\) such that \(i\geq 1\) and \(j\geq \lambda_i\), which is non-increasing in both \(i\) and \(j\). In the paper, the limit of large random skew plane partitions is considered, where the inner boundary approaches a piecewise linear curve with non-lattice slops, describing the limit shape and the local fluctuations in various regions. It is shown that the boundary of the limit shape is a single smooth (non-algebraic) curve. The large size limit is studied via correlation functions.
