On singular Finsler foliation (Q667350)

Examples of singular Finsler foliations include the orbits of a Finsler action, the fibers of a Finsler submersion as well as non-singular Finsler foliations. The authors address the question as to whether a singular Finsler foliation is a singular Riemannian foliation for some choice of a Riemannian metric. This is known to be the case for non-singular Finsler foliations [\textit{M. Józefowicz} and \textit{R. Wolak}, Differ. Geom. Appl. 26, No. 2, 224--226 (2008; Zbl 1137.53321)]. In the paper under review, the authors prove that a special class of singular Finsler foliations are indeed Riemannian. In addition, they prove a slice theorem for singular Finsler foliations in general.
