Boundary value problems for the Sturm-Liouville equations with singular potentials from \(W_2^{-1}\) are considered on a graph having two edges (a loop and a boundary edge). The inverse problem of recovering the potential on the loop from the given spectral data is studied provided that the potential on the boundary edge is known. For this inverse problem a uniqueness theorem is proved and an algorithm for the solution is provided.
