Complete classifications of incompressible surfaces in 3-manifolds are known for 2-bridge knot complements (the prototype of such a classification was by Thurston in case of the figure-8 knot) and in punctured torus bundles over the circle. In the present paper, incompressible surfaces in punctured Klein blottle bundles are classified. Thus the case of nonorientable 3-manifolds is considered which exhibits some features different from the orientable one. For example, by a result of Hatcher only finitely many slopes (curves) on the boundary torus of an orientable 3-manifold can be realized as boundaries of incompressible surfaces whereas in the nonorientable case considered in the present paper there are examples where each slope is realized. The results of the paper have been used to classify the manifolds obtained by Dehn fillings of punctured Klein bottle bundles [\textit{W. Heil} and the author, Dehn fillings of Klein bottle bundles, Math. Proc. Camb. Philos. Soc. 112, No. 2, 255-270 (1992)].
