This paper extends results from the first author and \textit{R. Zatorsky}'s [Fibonacci Q. 57, No. 3, 238--245 (2019; Zbl 1461.11034)] previous work on Fibonacci and Pell numbers to the Lucas, Pell-Lucas, and Jacobsthal sequences. Using determinantal representations of Toeplitz-Hessenberg matrices together with properties of the general Horadam sequence, the authors derive multi-sum expressions for these numbers and reformulate them as determinant identities involving Oresme numbers.\N\NMore generally, analogous results are obtained for translates of Gibonacci sequences \((G_n)\), including a criterion characterizing when a representation of the form \(kG_{n+m}=u_n(a,b,c,d)\) holds. The paper concludes with combinatorial proofs of several identities via coloured compositions and tiling arguments.
