Infinite dimensional optimal control problems are discussed, where the very general nonlinear system equation depends affinely on the control and the integrand in the performance criterion is convex in the control. Upper semicontinuity is proved for the set of optimal solution pairs with respect to a parameter occurring in the system equation and the performance criterion. Furthermore continuity of the optimal value function is shown. Applications to some parabolic examples are included.
