Fatou-Bieberbach domains as basins of attraction of automorphisms tangent to the identity (Q692144)

In this well written and interesting paper the author proves the existence of biholomorphic automorphisms of the complex space \(\mathbb{C}^2\) tangent to the identity at a fixed point having basins of attraction along degenerate characteristic directions. The author also deduces the existence of a Fatou-Bieberbach domain in the space \(\mathbb{C}^2\) which does not intersect two biholomorphic copies of \(\mathbb{C}\) locally transversal at the origin. The proof of the main result given in Theorem 4 is based on various ideas and results that are obtained in this paper.
