This paper proposes a primal-dual stabilized finite element method for elliptic unique continuation problems where the Neumann trace of the solution is known to lie in a finite-dimensional space. Its key innovation is establishing a Lipschitz stability estimate for the continuation problem by leveraging this finite-dimensional assumption, which is then used to derive optimal-order a priori and a posteriori error estimates for the proposed computational scheme.
