This paper proves that inside a smooth convex domain \(M\) of \(\mathbb{R}^3\), there is a minimal surface whose boundary meets the boundary of \(M\) at a constant angle \(\tau\) for any fixed \(\tau\in (0,\pi)\). The proof adapts Almgren-Pitts' theory, in particular the min-max construction of free boundary minimal surfaces. To obtain minimal surfaces satisfying the right angle condition, the authors use the capillarity functional instead of the usual area functional. They need to work with stationary varifolds with a suitable notion of boundary ``angle condition'' close to that proposed by \textit{T. Kagaya} and \textit{Y. Tonegawa} [Hiroshima Math. J. 47, No. 2, 139--153 (2017; Zbl 1405.49033)]. Similar results were also obtained in [\textit{C. Li} et al., J. Reine Angew. Math. 818, 215--262 (2025; Zbl 1560.53008)].
