This article investigates the existence and structural properties of the solvable radical in infinite groups subject to certain finiteness conditions. The authors consider three main classes: solvable-by-finite groups, Noetherian groups and skew-linear groups over weakly locally finite division rings. In each of these settings, they establish the existence of the solvable radical \(R(G)\) and prove that it coincides with the set \(S(G)\) of radical elements in \(G\), thereby extending to infinite groups the classical result \(R(G) = S(G)\) for finite groups due to \textit{R. Guralnick} et al. [J. Algebra 300, No. 1, 363--375 (2006; Zbl 1118.20021)].\N\NIn Section~2, the authors prove that any solvable-by-finite group admits a solvable radical, which coincides with both the set of radical elements and the terminal term \(\widetilde{H\!P}(G)\) of the radical series.
