Reidemeister's theorem is important in classical knot theory, especially for checking a knot invariant through moves on planar diagrams. In this paper, the author reproves Reidemeister's theorem using transversality. With the tools of smooth functions, jet spaces, codimension discussions, singularities and Taylor expansion, the author can deal with knot diagrams' isotopies and the three types of Reidemeister moves. Furthermore, these ideas can be generalized to deal with embedded surfaces in \(\mathbb{R}^4\).
