This paper under review investigates morphisms from projective spaces to flag varieties, focusing on conditions under which such morphisms must be constant, and applies these results to the classification of uniform vector bundles.\N\NMore precisely, the authors establish two main theorems (Theorem 1.1 and 1.2) characterizing constant morphisms from \(\mathbb{P}^m\) to specific flag varieties \(A_n/P(I_i)\), where the complement of \(I_i\) in \(\Delta(A_n):= \{1, 2, \dots , n\}\) consists of consecutive integers from \(i\) to \(i+m-3\). By using properties of the Chow ring, Schubert varieties, and effective good divisibility, they show that morphisms are constant if \(i=1\) , \(i=n-m+3\) or \(i=2\) and \(n=m\) is even, and nonconstant if \(1<i<n-m+3\) with \(m\) odd.\N\NA notable strength is the application of these morphism results to uniform vector bundles (Theorem 1.3). The authors show that uniform \(r\)-bundles on \(\mathbb{P}^m\) with a specific splitting type \((a_1,\dots , a_1, a_2,\dots , a_{r-k+1})\), where \(a_1>a_2>\cdots>a_{r-k+1}\) and \(1\le k\le m-2\), must split into line bundles.
