In this paper, the pullback oscillation problem for linear evolution processes is studied. Using the closed conic hull of an orbit of the linear evolution processes, necessary and sufficient conditions for pullback oscillation are given. In particular, using the pullback omega limit set, a sufficient condition for pullback oscillation is derived. The obtained results are applied to a class of abstract ordinary differential equations, as well as to Volterra-Stieltjes-type integral equations.
