In 2021, the first author and \textit{G. Kalita} [Result. Math. 76, No. 3, Paper No. 155, 14 p. (2021; Zbl 1472.11016)] obtained two general hypergeometric formulas for sums involving certain rising factorials to prove some supercongruence conjectures\N\[\N\sum_{n=0}^{\frac{p^r-1}2}\frac{(4n+1)(4n^2+2n+1)}{(-64)^n}\binom{2n}n^3\equiv p^{3r}\pmod{p^{3r+1}}\N\]\Nand \N\[\N\sum_{n=0}^{p^r-1}\frac{(4n+1)(4n^2+2n+1)}{(-64)^n}\binom{2n}n^3\equiv p^{3r}\pmod{p^{3r+1}} \N\]\Nof Guo related to (B.2) and (C.2) supercongruences of Van Hamme.\N\NIn this paper, the first author and Liton further generalized these formulas by using the WZ-method and the Zeilberger algorithm, respectively. They proved that\N\NTheorem 1. Let \(l\geq 2\) and \(p\) an odd prime with \(p\equiv-1\pmod{l}\). Let \(s\) be a nonnegative integer such that \(p>2ls-1\) and \(t=l-1\). Then \N\[\N\sum_{n=s}^{\frac{tp-1}{l}+s}(-1)^n(2ln+1)(l^2n^2+ln+1-l^2s^2)\frac{\left(\frac1l\right)_{n+s}\left(\frac1l\right)_{n-s}\left(\frac1l\right)_{n}}{(1)_{n+s}(1)_{n-s}(1)_{n}}\equiv0\pmod{p^3}.\N\]\NConsequently, they deduce some new supercongruence results related to (B.2) and (C.2), such as\N\NTheorem 2. Let \(l\geq 2\) and \(p\) an odd prime with \(p\equiv-1\pmod{l}\). Let \(s\) be a nonnegative integer such that \(p>2ls-1\) and \(t=l-1\). Then \N\[\N\sum_{n=s}^{\frac{tp-1}{l}+s}(2ln+1)(2l^2n^2+2ln+1-l^2s^2)\frac{\left(\frac1l\right)_{n+s}\left(\frac1l\right)_{n-s}\left(\frac1l\right)_{n}^2}{(1)_{n+s}(1)_{n-s}(1)_{n}^2}\equiv0\pmod{p^4}. \N\]
