    The following uncertain time-delay system is considered: \[ \begin{aligned} \dot{x}(t) &=A_{0}x(t)+\sum_{i=1}^{s}A_{i}x(t-h_{i}(t))+\Delta f(t,x(t),x(t-h_{1}(t)),\dots , x(t-h_{i}(t)))+Bu(t),\\ x(t) &=\theta(t),t\leqslant{0},\\ y(t)&=(C+\Delta{C}(t))x(t).\tag{1} \end{aligned} \] Sufficient conditions for globally asymptotical stability are obtained for the system (1) with a feedback control \[ u(t)=K\widetilde{x}(t), \] where \(\widetilde{x}(t)\) is a solution of the equation \[ \dot{\widetilde{x}}(t)=(A_{0}-LC+BK)\widetilde{x}(t)+\sum_{i\in L_{2}}A_{i}\widetilde{x}(t)+Ly(t). \]
